He is Director of Research in International Financial Regulation, the Centre for Financial Analysis and Policy, The Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK, and the Rechtswissenschaftliches Institut, University of Zürich, Switzerland. He has also held faculty appointments at the School of Law, Queen Mary College, University of London, UK.
