Boundaries are meant to be broken.... to go a little far... Little further... little away from what we call is "life". To see... to feel, beyond life... beyond expectations... Beyond the circles in which everyone is moving and losing themselves. To see one... Without mirror... To face real "you"... we need to leave "I" on this side of boundaries of heart, of irrelevant traditions we follow blindly. So is done by Rupinder Singh "Rupi"... Yes, me... myself... Oneself. This book is an ocean... and each word is a boat of emotions... Which, not only me... But everyone is holding deep down their hearts. Letโs ride on these boats... And slowly drown deep... deeper. To lose ourself... to discover oneself. This book is not hard-work... But "heart-work" of more than 26 years. Sounds unbelievable... But itโs true. Lucky am I that God has helped me to write... to give words to unexplained feelings. This book comprise of poetry of love... Separation... unending wait... guftagu with God... And off course some craziness. I hope that every reader will find his heart talking to words of poetry. "Kabhi Aaoge Mere Sheher To...." is purely work of heart... emotions and lessons that life has made me to learn. Born in a sikh family, but following no religion except for love of humanity. Itโs tough....really tough, but this craziness is what keeps me going. "Rupi" is name given by friends and loved ones... gas now been takhallus to my creations. Life gives you... What you never expected to have. And it takes away from you... What you never imagined to live without. Unable to show emotions... Allows words to germinate in soil of heart and then irrigate try them to become... Dense trees of poetry. Though a maths and science teacher, from past 15 years almost, itโs equally amazing to be a poet also. Blessings of almighty are immense. Spender first ten years of life in kharar, Punjab... Then moving on to chandigarh in 1990. Great transformation. Studying B.Sc from prestigious DAV college, then B.Ed. are great milestones in life. Then studying MSc environmental scirnces has helped me to understand nature-both scientifically and emotionally. Itโs my first book and encouragement from friends and some of best poets i have read were amazing. Most of known ones dont knows that i actually write.
