Holly is on the run and at the shelter on Mustang Mountain. Dean is a protective Mustang Mountain Rider member, and he falls fast. Their story has intrigue and suspense and childish happiness. We get chemistry and live and a perfect HEA. Holly's kids are sweet. The story gives us a new spin on the town when trouble comes to the mountain. I can not wait for the new year's books. Holly heard something she shouldn't have and it puts her on the run from a bad motorcycle gang. Her presence at the women's shelter is putting the rest of the women at risk, so Dean is asked to hide her out in a remote cabin. Force proximity, adorable kids, and a quick, fun read that rounds out the year for this good novella series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

There is a connection between Dean and Holly as soon as they meet, it was nice to see this deepen as they spent time together despite the danger to her and her children. I liked seeing them act like a family and for them to realise what they wanted, they came together quickly considering, but it worked for the, and the scene was set for a new spin off nicely too.
