I could understand how this is a good book for people to over come negative thoughts, but there is also a point in life where you have to and need to feel real emotion like anger or being upset or hurt, instead of sweeping it under the rug and focusing on positive feelings... it's a normal human emotion to be hurt upset sad or angry. If you bury your feelings under a false positives then it will only make your emotions come out worse. I speak from experience. Sometimes you keep being positive and say things are going to be okay when they are not. We have to accept our situation and not sweep it under a rug and I dont think we always have to be positive or happy about it. Himan emotions are very normal. We are not the stepford wives... we are not robots who just sit there emotionless with a fake smile. We need to feel our emotions to deal with them eventually.

everyone can face these situations at anytime and anywhere... this type of books are very useful to change there moods and they gives a lots of energy and to overcome our there negative toughts.
