Due to advancement in the field of science, technology and informatics, matters related to inter-personal relations is becoming complicated day by day. Majority of such relations become a birth place of conflicts, tension, anger and agony. What are the immediate actions to be taken up for diffusing such situation is also a matter of great confusion.
