Still reading it, but I noticed that some sentences have repeated words that are out of place, and some mathematical formulas are missing units. For example, 'daily recommended protein intake = 0.8 × lean body mass (in pounds)' is an unreasonable amount of protein, assuming it is also in units of pounds. I assume it should be in ounces or grams, but which one is not clearly stated on the page.

Did have some good tips but the recipes were not ketosis friendly. The book was basic, and when I read about the percentage, wow! so complicated. We just want to know what to eat, how much to eat, what not to eat and how to calculate the food.
