This gem of a book is enlightening and uplifting. I was able to easily relate to the author’s story as I myself have struggled at some point in my journey as a Catholic and it has given me that much-needed assurance - that it’s okay to falter, it’s okay to doubt, and that redemption is indeed possible and attainable. Simple, honest and uninhibited, the book also includes a guided journal to help in quiet self-reflection, self- examination, and collective prayer and contemplation as a family.

This book is profoundly enriching . An enthralling & easy read. Written so well that you can finish reading this in one sitting. Truly an eye opener specially those who are wanting to find a piece of comfort in the most challenging time of their lives. I appreciate the author's authenticity in sharing how she processed her journey of pain no matter how tough it was. More importantly , she showed in this book how it was to rise from the ashes and ultimately, discover her strengths as a person.

I love reading this book. Karen shares her struggles that many people could relate including me, but she also shares the hope that we can have as we experience the mercy of God. God has given Karen the gift of writing and I am happy to see how she is using this to share the good news to others. My prayer is that people would encounter God in a personal way as they read this inspiring book.
