This book has lots of good info for anyone that is interested with being a life coach or an NLP Practitioner although you will have to read it a couple of times due to the amount of info in the book. NLP is proven to work whether you believe it or not and it's an extremely powerful technique to add to a life coach. The only down side of this book would have to be, being part of the dummies guides. I do not particularly like the layout but that's my preference. Overall a great book.
