About this ebook

Stalked and stranded...

All Noelle wants is some peace and time to recover. But a gorgeous blue alien can't seem to stop following her wherever she goes. His icy demeanor is enough to drive her crazy.

And his intense looks heat her up inside.

He can't stay away from the beguiling human...

Ryklin is on the edge of fixation. It's the only excuse the soulless Detyen has for his obsession with Noelle. The only way to save them both is to leave Nebula Outpost, never to return. If only he could walk away.

When they end up stranded on an abandoned planet, they'll need to rely on one another to survive. And as Ryklin's ice thaws, nothing can stop the inferno that flares to life between them.

Ryklin, despite his best logical efforts, can't stay away from the little human. Not actually following her, his exercise just happens to be in the same direction. Just as well since she ends up jetisoned onto the planet below with no one the wiser. Noelle has been jumping at shadows and fighting nightmares ever since her kidnapping. And to make matters more complicated she's not sure if she's scared or relieved that she's being stalked by one of the buff, monosyllabic detyans. Turns out she's relieved when he ends up crashed on Nebula with her. Now they just have to survive what the planet has to throw at them. Fantastic story in brilliant series where the stoic, gruff detyan gets hit with feelings when he discovers his denya. Ryklin is a sweet, confused, buff ex soldier struggling to make sense of his new reality and Noelle is a capable, positive woman learning to live with a detyan. Superb. This books picks up right where book 1 stops with the story of Noelle and Ryklin . I like the concept of this story line. He has no emotions due to a procedure he had done. Yet he starts to have the need to be around Noelle. I liked how they had to survive on the planet together. I liked how he was open with himself and her about what he wanted to do. Noelle's character was not strong. She often hid and froze when there was danger. But it worked for this story. There were lots of good scenes in the book as well. Liked the story nice read. When Drex rescues Pippa, it’s a quirk of fate. A quirk that starts a bond, unravels a dangerous plot and unveils terrible secrets. I loved this story, the excitement and the danger, with the whodunnit aspect. I listen to it on Spotify, narrated by AI, and I’d say that narrators don’t need to worry about losing their jobs to computers anytime soon - while the computer voice was fine, it really lacked inflection and I never forgot it was a computer talking. A great story with fantastic characters.
