I was guardedly hopeful when I saw Ms. Barton had a new series out and even more so when I read the blurb. It didn't appear to be something from a previous series. The storyline itself piqued my interest but there were a few things that could have been better. If you're looking for a book with substance and lasting power, these six chapters, yes, you read that right, six chapters won't do that. There's a lot that takes place within those chapters but it took me more than a bit at the beginning t

Kathi Barton, a winner of the Pinnacle Book Achievement award as well as a best-selling author on Amazon and All Romance books, lives in Nashport, Ohio, with her husband, Paul. When not creating new worlds and romance, Kathi and her husband enjoy camping and going to auctions. She can also be seen at county fairs with her husband, who is an artist and potter.
