4.25 stars--FIGHTING FOR MAGNOLIA is the fourth instalment in Katie Reus’ contemporary, adult REDEMPTION HARBOR SECURITY romantic suspense series- a spin off from the author’s Redemption Harbor series. This is hotel manager/philanthropist Magnolia Lavigne, and former US Marine turned security expert Ezra Hunt’s story line. The character driven premise is intriguing and captivating; the romance is inviting; the characters are determined, dynamic and resolute.

I loved Ezra and Magnolia's story. His first day back in town, Ezra finds himself face to face with his high school sweetheart and the son he didn't know he had, and not only that - their lives are in danger and he finds himself thrown into the role as their protector. They rekindle their romance as they work to figure out who is behind the attempts on her life.
