Junk Mail has a charming and easily likeable guy at the center of the "junk." The heroine -just lukewarm on the likeability scale but her Gram is fun! Overall, the story wasn't sizzling, as expected - lots of mixed messages, not steamy ones. It was light on actual substance and kind of light on steaminess, in comparison to some of the author's other works. I was perplexed by the depth of feelings expressed when Josh sets about correcting a major faux pas. And the misstep made (with the help of his business partner) was so contrived, even an awkward teenager would've known better. I gave fate a chance & overlooked the unlikely premise that somehow in NYC, the two would cross paths & know it. There were too many other issues for me. Her product - not revolutionary, him & his partner's obtusiveness - not believable, their deep feelings - not evidenced. With the last few reads, the love stories seem rushed. I hope the author adds more layers to foster authenticity in upcoming projects.

If you are looking for a hilarious, full of laughs read, this is IT! From their very first interaction, Josh and Peyton had me rolling! I just couldn't help it! And Peyton's Gram is an absolute hoot! There was so much fun going on in this book, well, you really just have to read it! Peyton is a hardworking, dependable girl. She spends her life building her business, and taking care of her Gram, with very little time for fun. But Peyton is still happy with her life. She doesn't even realize that there is more to be had, until she receives a very....inappropriate text from a stranger! Josh is lonely. He works a lot, CEO of his own business, but is looking for more. As much as he wants to find the one, and settle down, he isn't opposed to a little fun. This leads to an embarrassing situation where he sends a risque pic to the wrong number. No biggie....until he realizes that pic went to the owner of the company his company is trying to work with. Awkward! But only a little. There is an immediate connection between the two, but they try to keep everything professional. This book was full of lots of things that I love. The immediate, steamy connection between Josh and Peyton, the comedic situation that starts it all off, and the undeniable feeling of family that runs throughout the book, kept me totally engrossed throughout from beginning to end. This is, without a doubt, an absolute must read!

I sat down and read this book in one sitting. It was that good. It has been a long time since I laughed out loud so much while reading a book! Josh Hanson has been communicating with a girl on a dating app when she gives him her number and tells him to send a d*ck pic. Josh reluctantly agrees. Little does he know but he ends up sending it to someone completely different because she gave him a false number. Instead he sends it to Peyton Richards and that is when the fun begins. Peyton and Josh spend the night texting back and forth and really enjoying the bantering. Imagine Josh's surprise when he has to meet with a potential client and it Payton! They both know that they need to keep their relationship completely platonic but that becomes increasingly more difficult. When Josh and Peyton finally decide to give in to their feelings things are going great until life gets in the way and Josh makes a decision that will come back to haunt him. Thankfully by the end he is able to redeem himself so that him and Peyton can have their happy ending. I loved both of these characters....they were perfect...sexy, funny and hard workers. I also just adored Peyton's grandma. She was a hoot! Overall this was a great story that I highly recommend!
