Cisco Unified Communications Voice over IP, (Internet Protocol) is the future to secure communications but also QoS which is Quality of Service that is part of Cisco security, CISCO Secur. Firewalls and topics relating to securing networks, access lists, Denial of Service is worth a throw of $41.07. 600 pages isn't difficult to get through and you can experiment within your own household and see if it is effective & eliminates those pesky "telemarketers". My rating 5 Stars, I have CISCO Press books & they are exclusive. Sybex isn't CISCO.
