About this eBook
The tales of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table are among the best-known stories in the world, but they are often relegated to the realm of legend. However, Arthur was a man, not a myth. In this book, acclaimed historian Christopher Hibbert vividly brings to life the sixth-century British monarch and his extraordinary court.

Inconclusively lame at the end. Also the gallery shows "Avalon Castle" - there is NO SUCH PLACE. The entire premise of Avalon is mystery. The illustration is of Bodiam Castle, which was built in 1385. This is 600 years out of sync with the 6th century Arthur, and there are no connections with any Arthurian legends. This does not give confidence in the authenticity of the rest of the book.
