Albeit simple is enticing. The line that stuck with me was "I could smell the vanilla she always dabbed behind her ears." The beautiful connection to something so simple...those are the things that stick with us when we are in love. Favorite book of my middle school career and gave me the courage to come out myself.

Love this book! Young girls like Lissa are out there they don't know where they stand in life. This is a really good book and as me I'm a high school girl that isn't going thought the same but around there but it's realy good (:
