About this ebook

Welcome to Earth. Try not to die.

When his brethren begin to discover human mates, Krayter knows his best chance at surviving the Denya Price is to journey to Earth and find the woman he’s been waiting for. Otherwise, he’ll waste away and die by the age of thirty like most other Detyens. But when his speeder crashes in a hostile human settlement, a mate is the last thing on his mind. Until he sees his salvation.

Abandoned. Neglected. In trouble.

Penny will do anything to protect her two sisters, even if it means remaining in Highland Settlement, the anti-alien town that her father rules with an iron fist. But when an alien crash lands near her house, she knows that she can’t let her father’s men find him. Something about the intriguing blue man calls to her and she will not let him die.

A journey into something more.

The pull of the alien stranger is so strong that Penny has only one choice: kiss him or go mad. Krayter will do anything to earn his mate’s trust and her love. And Penny’s heart threatens to melt every time the sexy blue alien sends her one of those scorching looks from his heated red eyes. But her father will stop at nothing to get his daughters back and Penny must face an impossible question.

How can she keep her sisters safe and keep Krayter for herself? And if she can’t have both, how will she survive the sacrifice?

This is one of my favorite stories so far in this series. Penny is just a down to earth young woman in a not very pleasant situation when she discovers her sisters have captured an alien. The alien, Krayter, recognizes her as his fated one. The conflict in this story is not between the H/h but rather with her father and his hatred of aliens. The story moves along at a good pace and there is that HEA we are waiting for. Great reading. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Booksprout and was under no obligation to leave a favorable review. All opinions are my own.

I enjoyed this new "Mated to the Alien" story! It's a good science fiction story with fated mates. I have enjoyed all of the Detyen stories they are interesting and intriguing stories about finding the Denya or paying the ultimate price. I like Krayter and Penny's story. It's a fairly quick and fast paced read that is intriguing and interesting. The story is nicely developed with action, suspense and great twists and turns.

This was another fantastic enjoyable book in this brilliant collection. I loved reading Krayter and Penny's story, characters I've met in other books briefly (I've not read the Detyen books in order). Both Krayter and his brother Kayleb are in the previous book. This had a great storyline that captures your attention and engages you, with likeable imaginative characters that you become invested in. I haven't get read Kaylebs story and I'm looking forward to it. This can be read as a standalone, however for background information I'd recommend reading the others.
