I agree that is a good book. I bought this book for the first time about 22 years ago and it gave me washboard abs back then by following its recommended routine. Over the years i neglected my abs and has got love handles and a small belly. I decided to restart my ab exercise and went back to this book since its my tried and tested approach. Now that the physical book is misplaced after so long, i downloaded the e-book. It didn't take long for me to lose my belly fat and gain commendable definition after a month or so. Will continue using it to regain the 6 pack abs i used to have 22 years ago!
