Lady in Red

I loved this! I really enjoy the Alex Mercer stories and they just keep meeting and going above my expectations every single time. There's mystery and suspense at every corner and each turn. You are always left wondering WHAT NEXT for these poor characters. The families are all growing nicely and we are left hanging in a cliffhanger of sorts but it lets us know whats up next......some happiness of course....or we will have to wait to see!

First off, I’ve been reading Stacy Claflin’s books for years now. She is one of my favorite authors. Her characters are REAL…and you come to know them so well…and because they are complex, you can love and hate parts of them all at the same time. This thriller book takes you on yet another journey through the eyes of Alex Mercer, our law enforcement officer with a past, clay feet, and righteous anger. The town is confronted with a series of missing children. Alex is as determined as ever to get to the bottom of this mystery and horror, having experienced it himself. There are surprises, twists, and turns. As always, I have to read Stacy Claflin’s books from start to finish in one sitting, so be prepared. The ending will surprise you, but it’s well worth it. Watch out for a few tears and examining your own beliefs about right, wrong, and justice! Please note that I received an advanced review copy and am leaving an honest review. Highly recommend!

I receieved an advanced copy of this book and I absolutely loved it! It continues an exciting story line, and from page 1 to the end it a very intense read. There are twists and turns you wouldnt expect. Just dont start this book before work or bed, or you could be late for work or not sleep that night...yes, it is that good.
