This is the second book in the series about the Endicotts and this time it is Eva story she is determined to prove that she doesn't need her families wealth to succeed and is determined to start her own cake decorating business but somehow it came across as she was always aware of her families money and that it could bail her out if the worst happened It is easy to say you want to stand on your own feet when a safety net is there and that is how I felt about this story. A heart-warming story of coming together, friendship, family and romance. Christmas Cakes and Kisses by Lara VanHulzen, book two in The Endicotts of Silver Bay. I totally enjoyed this story.

This story starts with Eva and she's a baker at the local bakery that Baylee runs. Her husband is a baseball pitcher, Drew.. Story also follows Tyler who is Drews coach. She has secretly applied for a cake cookoff in San Diego, CA and doesn't want her boss to know. She doesn't want conflict in case it all fails. She has a storefront planned out in town also.
