About this ebook

From USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author comes the next book in the Laurel Springs Emergency Response Team.

Trust Laramie Briscoe to provide engaging characters in a well-built world I want to revisit again and again. Carly Phillips, NY Times bestselling author.

The Nurse and The Hot Cop

Archer Gray

Being the new officer on the Laurel Springs Police Department has been a blessing. They've treated me like family since the moment I started my first shift. It's what I've wanted since I left home at eighteen. Life is going amazing, especially when I meet Alisa, a nurse at Laurel Springs Medical. She's saucy, but I suspect it hides a vulnerability not many get to see.

I want to see it, want to know everything about her. In a moment where she desperately needs someone, I'm there for her.

And I won't leave until she asks me to.

Alisa Hilligan

I've always been a transplant, searching for a home. I thought I found it in Calvert City, instead it's the neighboring town Laurel Springs.

Since I've been here I've met the new hot cop, Archer. He makes me want everything I shouldn't.

But when the reason I left Calvert City comes back with a vengeance; I'll need him more than I ever thought.

And he'll prove he's here for the long haul - something no one else ever has.

Archer & Alisa 3.5 stars I liked the plot especially Alisa's reason for moving, the way Alisa decided to agree to a date at last & the ease of their relationship but overall I felt it was too short & lacked the backstory I'm used to by this author. They had great chemistry & if you want a shorter, less angsty LSERT book than usual it is perfect. I just wanted more.

This is another addition to the Laurel Springs Emergency Response Team. It is heartwarming with two new people that make this town their home. Archer and Alisa meet at the hospital. They both have baggage and can identify with each other. When Alisa's troubles follow her to Laurel Springs Archer is there to save the day. Will these two get their chance to finally find happiness. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Archer is the 7th Laurel Springs Emergency Response Team romance, and while it can be read as a standalone, there are some terrific characters in this series you're gonna want to meet. Archer is new to town and the police department, and he has his eye on a nurse who's pretty new herself. This one is a quick read, but there's no shortage of chemistry between Archer and Alisa. We also get some danger along the way - some danger that's in keeping with the times. As I mentioned, this one's a quick read, so the story moves pretty fast, So, settle in, grab your beverage of choice, and you can finish in time so you don't have to feel guilty about things left undone around the house (not that I've been bothered by that!). Archer and Alisa are another great couple in a series of them. Once again, Laramie Briscoe doesn't disappoint,
