Bernie was a vegetarian before she was turned and her sire just left her alone. The Obscure Academy is trying to help guide her but she cannot stomach blood, a vampire needs blood to survive. She joins a cooking class in the hope that she can maybe cook something good to help her keep the blood down. The teacher is HOT and sympathetic to her cause. This is a fun, light hearted series that is a pleasure to read. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Bernie was a vegetarian before she was turned and would still be one if she had a choice, but she doesn’t. Maybe this cooking class at the Obscure Academy will improve her cooking and give her a way to hide the taste of blood. Ugh! There has to be a better way to be a vampire, and the teacher is really hot. When I saw the title, I just had to read the book. It didn’t disappoint. Laura Greenwood writes such good paranormal books. I enjoyed Bernie and Shane’s story and ready for more!

Bernie was a vampire and couldn’t stand drinking blood taking a vegetarian cooking school, Shane was a student teacher. He told her that he would help her figure it out, he gave her a different blood she could drink without throwing it up. He took her to the doctor and was plasma intolerant got a prescription pill to take before she drank blood and worked. Good book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
