I purchased this book...The whole page doesnt fit onto the screen meaning that a lot of onformation at the bottom of the page is not available. Not good enough

I purchased this book and none of the pictures will load up when displaying notes and tabs making this useless Edit 1/27/14 I was contacted by the company today and they were able to resolve the issue. Make sure that you read their eBook instructions or it will not work.
