This was a fantastic conclusion to Greenwood’s Cactus Creek trilogy. He once again took me back in time, into a world that I can’t help but imagine while reading his words. His intricate writing creates the perfect backdrop for the wonderful tale. The plot was in depth yet easy to read. I loved how the characters came together. Their individual personalities shone through, yet what they became together was unforgettable. Once again Greenwood has created a novel that held my attention from cover to cover. Romance vies with life in a time that was both easier and much more difficult than that experienced today. It was a lovely read that I would recommend to others. Please note that I received a complimentary copy of this work in exchange for an honest review.
