About the author
A former elementary school teacher, reading specialist, and Reading Recovery teacher, Dr. Gail Vinson holds an EdD in school administration. A popular presenter at educational workshops throughout the United States, she is currently a language arts and social studies K-5 coordinator for a large urban school district.
Dr. Leland Graham holds a PhD in school administration and is a former middle and high school teacher, middle school principal, and college English professor.
