Paranormal is not a genre that I am drawn to but since this is by Lexi Blake I decided to give it a chance. Stealing The Light is different to anything I have read by Ms. Blake and yet at the heart of it , it is the same. I know I am not making sense. The core elements of what I have found with this authors books were all there, just had the addition of Vampires, Werewolves and other supernatural creatures. The story drew me in and I found myself hooked on as I listened to this audiobook.

A little slow for me but I guess that's because the backnstory had to be set up. very different from what I'm used to from Ms. Blake. That being said, I'm ready to read the rest because dang it, I'm hooked on the story!!

April '20 This is first of an amazing, incredibly enjoyable "Thief" series. After this series the connected "Hunter" series is also excellent. Read on and enjoy! Re-reading series June 2022. Next book in the series is STEAL THE DAY. This is one of those can't-put-it-down series. Each book is a part of the exciting and super-natural life of Zoey Donovan Quinn and her guys. You won't be sorry but be prepared to buy them all. Irresistible! These 2 series are head and shoulders above anything else I have read by Ms. Blake.
