I really enjoyed the book, and others by this author, but I won't be reading anymore. I can't understand why the authors trying to make us like or excuse Charlies behaviour. Everyone has forgave him, and gives excuses for him, but he literally tried to rape Ashley in the last book. How can you pity a rapist? Everyone goes through trauma, it isn't an excuse to attack a women. It even says in the book Ashley thinks he deserves a good woman, and should get with the other bands lead singer. I'm sure a victim has never said that about their attacker. If your going to write about rape, do research. This book is so damaging. It literally excuses and pitys a man who sexual attacked a women. You act like a sexual attack would not cause any long lasting mental or emotional harm. I have lost all respect for the author, and wished I hadn't ever bought any of her books!
