About this ebook

Prince Jeffrey is a bossy, smug, overprotective grouch and the last man I want anywhere near my V-Card.

Would I like to know what all the sexy times fuss is about? Heck yes.

Do I want to lose my virginity to a prince out to ruin my plans (even if he was my childhood crush)? Hell no.

He might be my nemesis, but Jeffrey is the only person who believes in my family's curse, the one that says I'm doomed to die for sins my ancestors committed centuries ago. He knows I'm willing to sacrifice whatever it takes--including myself--to ensure my sister's happiness and my family's throne.

And he's just as determined to stop me.

But he can't rescue me from Fate.

Or...can he? Turns out Jeffrey has secrets of his own, and a plan to set me free, once and for all.

Soon, we're following clues down a rabbit hole that leads us into the past, into danger, and into each other's arms—a couple of star-crossed lovers.

I realize my grumpy prince is actually protective, sweet, and devoted in a way I'm not sure I deserve.

But can this love survive long enough to break an ancient curse?

Book 2 in the Royal Package series and the first that I have read in the series and I really enjoyed it. Loved Elizabeth and Jeffrey. Their relationship was so much fun to watch develop. Ms. Valente has a way of creating characters and worlds that are a joy to experience. This is what she did with Elizabeth and Jeffery. You were able to feel what they were feeling and fall in love right along with them. You feel like you know the characters and that is how I like my books. I never have to worry about the story falling flat and losing interest. Her stories are fun and this was no exception. This can be read as a standalone so nothing will take away from this story if you don’t read book one in the series.

Lizzie is the triplet I relate to the most. And I absolutely loved her story! She was shy and polite, but so smart and strong. Jeffrey was so great with her. I loved how supportive he was, even when he didn’t always agree with her. There was so much more adventure than I expected. Unlike Royal Package, this book had mystery and just a hint of magic.

I've been looking forward to this book since finishing Sabrina and Andrew's book. I knew I was going to love Elizabeth and Jeffrey. They surpassed my expectations. They made my heart happy sigh with how romantic they were. I loved how protective Jefferey is of Elizabeth and he appreciates her for her when other's over look her. I loved watching Elizabeth find her self confidence. It was so beautiful watching Jeffery cheer her on the whole way. I was completely intrigued by the family curse. That whole mystery had me gobbling up the pages. I was a big fan of the humor and banter in this book. This book also had plenty of heart and feels. It is instantly going to make you feel lighter. In a time where feeling that is precious it meant everything to get lost in a feel good story. I can't wait for Zan and Nick's story because it sounds like a fun one.
