Very funny and sexy without being blue. I got a bigger kick out of this than I did Evanovich at the beginning of her series up Stephanie Plum. This heroine isn't quite as inept. When I started reading it I hadn't planned to spend the rest of the day in a book, but I did and now I'm ordering the next in the series.

Addison and Mike get together in this book, but FBI agent Matt Savage throws a wrench in this new romance. Stolen diamonds sends ditzy rookie PI Addison into danger. Fast paced, but I hope Addison matures a little in future books.

Entertaining. A few continuity errors from the first book, but nothing disruptive. The endings are a little unsatisfying, but I can see how they work for the character. The protagonist is fun and has an engaging voice. I'll be continuing with the series.
