Joy Maxwell has a life people envy. An upscale Los Angeles condo, designer clothes, a big following on Instagram, and looks other women would die for. But it’s not easy being in the public eye, and when her career as an influencer starts to go south, Joy goes north—to the small coastal town of Cambria, where she plans to blog about her new, minimalist lifestyle, hoping to parlay it into a book deal.
