Not Your Match: a second chance at love romance

Andi is a family law attorney at her father's firm. She is working prenups and divorces when she would rather be doing the more positive side of family law. Her boyfriend of 7 years has recently broken up with her. Her best friend, Rachel, feels bad and wants to help her start dating again. So she gives her a membership to a matchmaking company. Ben is Rachel's brother. His fiancé has recently left him. He has moved back to LA to start over. Rachel is determined to get Ben back with his fiancé....who has mental problems and refuses to take her medication. I loved Andi and Ben's characters. Rachel was too meddling. There were a lot of laugh out loud sections of the book. I really enjoyed it.

I’ve been enjoying reading these books! I love the way they kind of all go together to form the whole picture of not only Luke and Brooke’s story but all of the women that Luke ends up matched with and dating. So. Much. Fun! I loved Andi in this one, she’s doing her best as a lawyer working at her dad’s firm, but working on pre-nups and divorces is really taking it’s toll on her love life. She’s not even sure that marriage is going to work for her anymore. I liked that she was willing to admit this to her dad and really try to figure out a way around it. I also liked that she runs into Ben again. Ben was Andi’s high school ballroom dance partner. He’s been through a rough time dealing with his fiance, but she’s left him. And he’s done this time…for reals. I loved the way that Ben is so loyal, even though his fiance has left him before, they keep getting back together. I loved the way you see how he cared for her through his eyes. But, at the same time, I loved that he knew when it was time to be done and move on. He was an amazing character. I loved the plot of this one, it’s cute, fun and clean. I loved the dancing parts, I loved the Luke and Andi parts, I loved the Ben and Andi parts and the ending is awesome! Don’t miss this whole great series! I was sent an e-copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book is good because you get to learn what life is like with a by-polar woman who doesn't accept her health issue & stay on her meds. Her ex-fiance, Ben, puts up with a lot but finally accepts he loves Andi. Very well-written story. I received a free audio copy from the author. This is my voluntary review.
