I enjoyed getting to know the world these characters were, seeing the family the three supes had become and how they made Nova a part of that. I enjoyed the connection and chemistry between Nova and Diego, the banter, finding out more about Nova's past and the investigation into the darkness in Salem. Nova inherits a house from her late Aunt & meets her tenants, a cool bunch including Diego, a vampire. Nova used to have magic but seemingly lost her ability though she can sense some dark magic. A really nice read & a new series I'm looking forward to getting stuck into!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Lisa did a great job creating these characters who really brought this story to life. The main characters (Nova & Diego) were a hoot and I fell a little more in love with Diego with every page I read. The secondary characters all added to the story in a very positive manner. Great storyline filled with drama, humor, danger, suspense and steam. I like the set up for The Salem Supernaturals series, can't wait to read the next book!.
