This enemies to lovers story was entertaining, with themes of holding grudges, forgiving and heroism. The main characters are Courtney and Owen, former high school classmates who encounter each other again when Courtney moves back to Michigan to start a clothing store. I enjoyed the interactions between the two characters even though I thought that Courtney’s holding on to a grudge from high school was a bit over the top and not quite believable.
