I wish more books were immediately applicable and effective like this. Many of the techniques or ways of thinking worked for me. I return to the book when I am feeling particularly anxious and I am always able to snap out of it. Makes the great and true point that people tend to panic or be anxious about panicking more than about the actual problem at hand.
