About this eBook

Little Women is a great American novel written by Louisa May Alcott. This is the story of four March sisters – Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy. They are sad and miss their father on Christmas as he is away serving as Union chaplain in the Civil War. Their mother, Marmee, encourages them to be cheerful, kind and benevolent. The girls want to improve themselves as they grow up. They help the neighbouring family and are helped by Mr. Laurence in return. Their fights, outings, heartbreaks and adventures are revealed as the story progresses on.
