Ruthless Knight

This is my FAVORITE book in the series! I feel like I say that for each of these books, but I like each one more than the last! All of the stories have a gripping plot that pulls you right along, excellent imagery, and more twists than a pretzel. Oh, and steam. LOTS of steam. SO so happy that Nolan finally found his mate! But finding her was the easy part; this story took off from there, and honestly it seemed impossible that Nolan and Tamryn would be able to keep their Happily Ever After. Seriously, once they found the other dragons, I wasn't sure anyone would make it out alive. (Vague on purpose, no spoilers!) I really liked the honesty in this book. Because of who she was and where she came from, Tamryn simply did not know certain things, and she was honest about that. Also, she was honest about her thoughts and feelings. She (thankfully) didn't do that thing that a lot of heroines do, where they frustratingly keep something a secret, which causes a misunderstanding, etc. This story also doesn't have one of those man-hating heroines who refuses to accept any help from anyone, especially a male. Again, due to circumstances I shall not disclose, Tamryn was vulnerable and she knew it, but she accepted help from Nolan when she needed it. Just like we all do; accept help when we need it. Now that I'm down from my soapbox, the bottom line is if you like original shifter romances with great story lines, then THESE are the books for you! (I was given this book in consideration of my honest thoughts)

Then and Now. Then, Tamryn was spelled to protect her from enemies of the realm who killed her parents, the king, and queen. Now she has been awakened in a new time and new land among new people. She's on a quest to find others spelled and awakened from her time has brought her to The Rock Creek Clan for help. Nolan has been assigned to protect her. He's not excited she's shown up and the decision to help her was made by his alpha--or is he? She's more than someone to protect by Nolan--Tamryn is HIS to protect. There is plenty of action, steam, enemies, new characters, and surprises. A good story continuing the series.

Ruthless Knight by Liza Street is a really amazing story that I have had the privilege to read. This is book number five in this amazing series that I have loved reading. I highly recommend this story to everyone who lvoes reading about polar bear shifters, romantic suspense and paranormal romances.
