About the author

Professor Harald Gleissner is Dean of the Department of Cooperative Studies, Business Technology, and Director at the Institute of Logistics at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. Dr. J. Christian Femerling is Managing Director of Investa Holding GmbH in Eschborn and Professor for Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the private Neuss University for International Business.
