This book has been amazing in an easy sleep transition!! No more bedtime battles!! We listen to the Goodnight caterpillar book and RELAX. The breathing and stretching technique work like magic. My 6, 3, and 2 year old are asleep before the end of the book. I leave the indigo or ocean dreams CD playing all night. My children soak up the affirmations in their sleep. They wake up happy, joyous, and free!!!! Thank you Lori lite!!! You rock!!!!!
