MANAJEMEN KERJA LABORATORIUM DAN BENGKEL

Dr. Jonni Mardizal, MM, CSE, was born in Sungaifull, Kerinci, Jambi. With a Strata1 Education (S1) background in Technical Education at IKIP Padang, he received his first assignment as a Lecturer at the State Secondary Technology School (STM) in Bireun Aceh. Still, he had yet to have time to go to Bireun. He was transferred to Medan to become an Instructor at the Medan Technical Teacher Upgrading Center (TTUC), whose name is now BBPPMPV (Vocational Education Quality Assurance Development Center) in the field of Medan Technology. His dedication as a non-teacher Civil Servant (PNS) began as the Head of the Vocational High School (SMK) Section of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Jambi Province and finally as the Head of the Community Education Facilities Section of the Jambi Provincial Education Office. In 2007, he moved to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Jakarta. Starting as Head of Youth Organization as the Deputy for Youth Empowerment, then promoted to Assistant Deputy for Youth Leadership, Assistant Deputy for Youth Organization, Assistant Deputy for Standardization Development, Acting Deputy for Youth Development, Expert Staff of the Minister of Youth and Sports for Creative Economy, Expert Staff of the Minister of Youth and Youth Innovation, besides that also served as Plt. Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports until November 2022. Since the end of 2019, he has worked as a Lecturer at Padang State University in the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering. He was teaching several courses in the Strata 1 and Strata 2 programs. He completed his Master's Degree in Management from the University of Jambi and his Doctorate in Educational Management from the State University of Jakarta. In addition to formal education, leadership, and professional education and training have been followed, including leadership training at levels IV, III, II, and I and regular training education at the Indonesian National Institution (PPRA 53) in Indonesian National Resilience Institute (LEMHANNAS RI). The Professional Training he participated in included Pekerti AA.

Has published several books, including Empowerment of the Young Generation of the Anak Dalam Tribe, Building a Youth Creative Economy, Youth Entrepreneurship: Problems, Challenges, and Development Strategies, Irrigation and Water Building Management, Vocational School Principal Management and Leadership, Youth Entrepreneurship Program (A Policy Analysis), and Water Quality Management, as well as several articles in national and international journals.

I teach several courses, including Master of Water Quality, Principal Management and Leadership, Philosophy and Foundations of Technology and Vocational Education, Irrigation and Water Building, Project Management, Laboratory and Workshop Management, and Plumbing and Sanitation Practice.

Ir. Fitra Rifwan, S.Pd., M.T., C.S.E., was born in Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency, West Sumatra. He completed his undergraduate education (S1) at the Building Engineering Education Study Program, Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University, in 2009. Then, he continued his master's studies in civil engineering (S2) and obtained a Master of Engineering (MT) degree at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Andalas University. The work experience he gained began when he was in S1 and was still a student in a humanitarian project, an earthquake disaster emergency response team in Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra, in 2007. Five years later, after holding a bachelor's degree, he got the opportunity to become a facilitator of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). During his two years at BNPB, he has become a city management consultant. Finally, in 2012, he was appointed a Lecturer as a civil servant at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University. He focuses on deepening knowledge and teaching about disaster transportation management and occupational safety in construction projects, laboratories, and workshops. He has also written more than 20 articles, such as the study of work accident risk control in construction projects using various methods, namely HIRARC, JSA, and Bowtie, safety at height and Tower Crane (TC), and the creation of work safety SOPs for all labor and workshops in the Department of Civil Engineering, FT UNP, all of which have been cited more than 60 citations. He also had training experience at the University of Toledo, USA, for six months, when he was a lecturer

Dr. Syaiful Haq, S.Pd, M.Pd.T lahir di Bukittinggi 22 Juni 1992, merupakan alumni Strata 3 (S3) Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP). Aktif mengajar sebagai tenaga pendidik di Teknik Sipil UNP semenjak tahun 2020, namun sudah terlibat aktif sebagai asisten dosen dalam melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian semenjak selesai pendidikan S1 tahun 2016 khususnya pada bidang Teknik Sipil, Lingkungan, dan Pendidikan kejuruan. Beberapa karya buku yang telah diterbitkan diantaranya Batu Bata Sumatra Barat Kajian Ilmiah dan Inovasi, buku Greenbuilding Konsep dan Implementasinya, dan buku Pedagogi Kejuruan: Kompetensi Guru dan Kompleksitasnya, dan buku Model Pembelajaran Praktik Berbasis Proyek Kewirausahaan. Selain itu, juga aktif sebagai pemakalah pada berbagai konferensi serta menulis atikel pada jurnal nasional terakreditasi maupun artikel pada jurnal Internasional bereputasi.
