Der Initiator Hordelab erwacht in einer scheinbar verlassenen Stadt. Zwar kann er sich an nichts erinnern, doch überall stößt er auf Abbildungen und Figuren von seinesgleichen. Dieses "Roswell", so der Name des Ortes, ist wohl sein Zuhause. Dies erweist sich als Irrtum, als plötzlich rosafarbene, behaarte Humanoide auftauchen, von denen ein Teil einen Messias in ihm sieht - und der andere Teil ihn töten will.
