I loved this book, and was very glad to read about the journey to America. I was about to cry at the end of the book when they finally arrived. I want there to be a book about Nory's life in America, now!

Patricia Reilly Giff is the author of the Newbery Honor Books Lily’s Crossing and Pictures of Hollis Woods. Lily’s Crossing is also a Boston Globe–Horn Book Honor Book.
