Dragons live to find their one true mate, if not they take a chance of becoming what nightmares were made of. Rayer is quite content to live his existence as a bachelor, but memories from his childhood haunt him. He was once told that if dragons didn't mate by their 600th birthday they would no longer be able to father a child or even consummate a relationship. His 600th year was not far away. Along comes Alondra Pallon, beaten and bruised she finds the courage to seek Rayer. A long lost friend of her grandfathers, he told her if she ever needed someone to go to Rayer. Well, she finds herself in need of help. The help that can only be given by someone she hopes and thinks he may be. He is her last hope. This is such a lovely story, it takes place around Christmas. Alondra is hoping for a little Christmas Magic to shine down on her. If you are a fan of Mandy Roth, you will love this new story. If you have never read her work, you really need to take a chance. She is Awesome!

This story started out with strong personalities & kept the attitude going. Like all of Mandy Roth's books, the characters are well written, well rounded, sassy and just plain fun to read! The worst part of the book was when I read "The end", I wanted it to keep going.
