About this ebook

Nick Boone is a brilliant architect, focused completely on his job.  In his personal life, he's a serial dater, with no interest in marriage or even a long-term relationship.  And fatherhood?  Absolutely not.  He has no idea what family even means.

But even a single-minded boss like Nick can't abandon his employee Sierra Clark on the night her parents are killed.  When her deep distress melts his professional distance, long-simmering attraction takes over and he indulges in a night of comfort and connection.

He has no idea how deep that connection is going to run.

Sierra had just received a call that shattered her life. When Nick saw the condition she was in, he took her to her room to get her settled but what started off as an innocent gesture turned into a night of intimacy for them. Now they are back at work avoiding each other that is until two pink lines showed up on a strip! When Sierra tells Nick he freaks out because the last thing he wants is to ever be a father thanks to abandonment issues he experienced as a child. They both have tragedy in their past and Sierra's is more recent but will her pregnancy give them something to bond over and can it lead these two lost souls to a happily ever after?
