About this ebook

Falling in love with your best friend has never been so much fun!

It’s raining men. Hallelujah?

Fiona has a man problem—she has too many in her life. Owen is the sweet boy (turned sexy man) she dated in college; Asher is the hot hunk starring in too many current fantasies. Both are her coworkers, part of the writing team for the hit sitcom Wild Winters.

Fiona’s resigned herself to having neither man…until the team decides to film the show’s season finale in her family’s bar, Pat’s Pub. While under the influence of her crazy family and a wild April Fools party in the Collins Dorm, Owen and Asher take matters into their own hands—literally.

Soon, between all the hot nights and real-life drama, the team can barely concentrate on work. It’s becoming a case of life imitating sitcom…even more so when Fiona’s most recent ex, Mr. Big Gesture himself, shows up to win her back—with his biggest gesture yet.

After the seriousness of March Wind, April Fools was a much needed, much lighter reprieve. That's not to say that this book didn't have its serious moments, as well as just as much emotion. There was just a much different feel to April Fools. Book 4 of the Wilder Irish Series focuses on Fiona, the other daughter of Skye Mitchell and Teagan Collins (Ruby Tuesday). She is much different from her sister, Ailis (February Stars). She embraced the lifestyle of her parents. She is a much more open, take charge kind of girl. She plays hard and loves harder. She also lives on the west coast, as a script writer for a sit com, along with her best friends from college, Owen, Asher, and Teddy. While they are all visiting her family's bar in Baltimore for a filming of the show, things come out and feelings are revealed. This book kept me guessing, and on the edge of my seat! I couldn't stop reading for anything, because I just couldn't wait to see what was coming next. And boy was I surprised! I never saw that ending coming! I'm not giving anything away, so you will just have to read it to find out, but this book is just the thing to pull me out of the sorrow lingering from March Wind. I loved all of the Collins, and I can't wait to see what happens to the rest of the grandkids!

A great story with an unexpected twist in the plot. A fun, lighthearted read. Fiona has finally broken up with her long time on/off boyfriend. This surprises the other members of the writing team for the hit sitcom. Both Owen and Asher want a relationship with Fiona, but how can she choose between them? Is a menage the answer? This book is part of a series, but it's a great read even if you haven't read the previous three books. I will be going back to read them. I loved the character interactions, I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This book is a lot of fun and if you enjoyed the quirky fun loving romances that often hit a cord even though they may have been a bit unlikely of Sex in the City then this is the book for you, there was just something about the storytellers voice in this book that reminded me of Carrie Bradshaw, and i really got sucked into these characters lives and enjoyed the journey. This book is the fourth in a series and I am sure that it is best if you read it in order but I read this as a stand alone and i enjoyed it. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
