Excellent book. Took the time to build the scene and the characters at the very beginning, lots of unexpected twists at the end. Could barely put it down!

An author and journalist, Marie Hermanson published her first book in 1986. Marie has a unique position in dark, contemporary Swedish literature and her novels are huge bestsellers in Scandinavia and have been adapted for television. She lives in Gothenburg, Sweden.
