Mariusz Szczygiel (Zlotoryja, Polonia, 1966) estudió periodismo y ciencias políticas en Varsovia. Colabora en la Gazeta Wyborcza, uno de los mayores diarios europeos. Acantilado ha publicado en 2011 Gottland, ganador del Premio del Libro Europeo.
