I love this book! It is a daily reminder and supporter of my changing habits in eating. The recipes are simple and delicious. The tone of the book is informative, empathetic and considerate of the modern world we live in. I have already given a copy to my doctor and plan to repeat my blood tests after following it (VB6) for 8 weeks.

Interesting premise and I agree that it would result in a healthier lifestyle if followed. Just wasn't as good as his other books.
