One of Martina Coles older books but what a brilliant read. The actual story was unsettling at times, but it basically just described the terrible things that are happening every day. Superbly written, well thought out characters and the most unlikely heroine and friendships. Highly recommended

Gritty and Stylish. Has unpredicable twists and some harrowing scenes that make u feel like giving your mind a scrub in the shower. I couldn't put it down.

My wife suggested I read this book. It took me awhile to get into the story but once I got going I couldn't put it down. Great read.
