This has good suggestions: mainly the agreement techniques. I hope the author is better at influencing verbally than he is at writing because this book is dull, poorly worded, and uninteresting but does teach that confidence is key. I skipped most of the paragraphs because they didn't add much value.

Good introduction of CH basics. A great place to start and some very useful tips and exercises. Could be a little longer and more engaging.

This book iterates old tricks but is written poorly. It should be free.
