I love a sweet, clean romance and this book was that. It's a second chance around for Dix Youngblood, who has had a crush on Allison Burns since school years. The book is definitely a good read and very entertaining. The characters were well written and I enjoyed this book very much. It was fun to watch how both Allison and Dix grew as the book progressed. I recommend this book! I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. All opinions are my own.

About the author

Melinda grew up on an isolated sheep ranch, where mountain lions had been seen and yet she roamed unaccompanied. Being a rather optimistic, clueless of danger, sort she took to playing "what if" games that led her to become an author. She spends days trying to figure out new ways to say "He made her heart pound." That might sound boring, but the challenge keeps her mentally ahead of her 3 kids and college sweetheart husband.
