The Judgement of The Six series keeps getting better. In book two we meet Michelle and her two brothers who are running from a very unpleasant life. They meet Emmitt at a diner and their world changes. Emmitt is an amazing character who is sweet, charming, and provides the safety that Michelle and her brothers need. Michelle is scared yet strong, brave and fiercely protective of her brothers. (Mis)Fortune is a wonderful story, great character development, family and relationship development, and a little action. You won’t want to miss this continuation of an excellent series.

I was expecting this story to pick up where the first book ended but it didn't. So it threw me at first and didn't tie in until the very end...

Found myself addicted to this series and loving the female power theme. I love that the stories do not focus solely on the mate thing that most werewolf novels do. This series has sp many fascinating elements I can't resist purchasing book after book.
